Policy
When getting a screen, battery or camera repair on Apple devices - you understand that an "important message" may pop up on your phone.
This is only to notify you that there has been a repair done by a third party, but this doesn't affect the functionality of your device. You will also be covered under our three-month warranty.
You understand that if your device is dead on arrival or cannot be tested or water damaged or is severely damaged, we are only responsible for providing warranty for the part we fixed/replaced. For example, if your device has been water damaged and then you get a screen repair from us. Then your motherboard fails in the future, we are not liable.
Before we start your repair it is very important to be 100% honest about the condition of your device so we can best assist you. We will also express any concerns before we start your repair and let you have full autonomy over whether you would like to proceed with the repair or not.
You are not obliged to give us your password to your device but we may request it for testing purposes and to ensure there are no problems with the repair.
Warranty
We recognize the significance of ensuring the longevity of your product or service. Hence, we are deeply committed to providing each customer with a comprehensive three-month warranty for all their repair services or phone purchases.*
However, please bear in mind that this will be decided on a discretionary basis. So each circumstance may differ but if there is a genuine defect/problem with the product or repair, which wasn't your fault, we will take 100% accountability.
Also, the warranty may be void if the product is intentionally or unintentionally damaged, misused, tampered with, or if the customer fails to follow the provided maintenance advice resulting in a problem with the product or service.
